We are waiting for pictures of the celebration, but in the meanwhile, here is a picture of Pastor Carlos, his faithful leader Victor, Richard, and me standing in the church, which boasts a cement foundation, a beautiful red roof, a bathroom, and a kitchen. Richard and the team have put hundreds of hours into the church and continue to finish up a few things. It was exciting to see people worshiping in the church and to have the festivities take place.

Thanks to our dear friend Rick Cramblet and Aerovision, Pastor Carlos Maciel’s church plant—Cristo es el Camino-Tierra y Libertad—will have a large, new building!
We have been planning the building of this church, a stone’s throw away from Cabo English Church’s feeding kitchen, for some time, but Pastor Carlos says the timing is perfect.
At the home church, on any given Sunday, Pastor Carlos holds Sunday School and has Sunday services at 11:00 a.m., 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. The 6:00 p.m. service has been absolutely packed and flowing into the street! So much so, the people are asking what can be done. Pastor Carlos has been able to confidently tell them a new church is being built in Tierra y Libertad and he estimates 100 attendees of the 6:00 p.m. service will be sent down the road to the new church plant; making a great nucleus for the new church, as well as freeing up space in the home church!
A big thank-you to Rick Cramblet and Aerovision of Norton Shores, MI!
