While seeking the Lord for the next step in transformation for Los Cabos, Daniel Valles, Director of Avanza sin Tranza (Thrive without Bribes), came to the forefront. We had already talked to and invited Daniel to bring this program to Los Cabos, following the Annacondia Crusade, when we met him last October at the Annual Transform Our World Conference in San Francisco. So, when we talked to him by telephone recently, and he had only one opening in his schedule for the near future, which is in June, we jumped at the opportunity.

All of the police forces in Mexico have had mandatory lie detector testing, including questions regarding bribes and honesty. The Los Cabos police force ranked very high as one of the most corrupt police forces in Mexico. Accepting bribes has become an accepted way of life and, for many, thought to be necessary to survive. It is a pivotal strategy for a breakthrough in Los Cabos, for governmental corruption and bribes to turnaround—and we know our new administration, headed by Presidente (mayor) Arturo de la Rosa, is the administration that can do the job!
Daniel Valles will be with us from June 15-21. He will be meeting with area dignitaries, government officials, businessmen and any other spheres of influence we can introduce him to. Please pray the Lord would open doors that no one else can, that the program would receive great favor, that the Holy Spirit would touch men, women and children as Daniel shares, and for safety now and for the future as we attack the kingdom of darkness.
We would also like to share with all of you that there was a modest deficit in the budget after the Annacondia Crusade. Thanks to friends of our ministry in Colorado, this deficit was paid, but we have only a small amount of ministry funds remaining that we can allocate towards the Transformation of Los Cabos. We desperately need donations for a transformation fund in order to bring speakers and ministers into the area.
