Later on, near the end of June, this cement mason met with Pastor Carlos and was able to take on the project of pouring the roof over the existing classroom adjacent to the ‘sanctuary’ area. This was exciting news. This cement roof will also be the floor for an eventual second floor pavilion to be used for additional classroom space. If this mason has the time available, we will also have him help complete additional, much-needed finishing to other areas of the church complex.
We again want to thank Shane Crowley Masonry of Newaygo, MI and High Grade Concrete Projects of Spring Lake, MI for the funds which are being used, and will continue to be used for the present masonry additions to Tierra y Libertad Church.
Please continue to pray for good Covid-19 reports for the Municipality of Los Cabos. Our tourism is extremely busy as people are tired of not traveling, but we are still under Covid-19 restrictions that make life difficult for our people and businesses.
Also, please pray for the opening of Pastor Carlos’ three churches and his mission locations. They have not yet re-opened from the newest lockdown, which began in June. Cabo English Church has returned to services as of two weeks ago, but there are still limitations that hinder the ability of our families to return to ‘normal’ church life.
As always, we would not be in Los Cabos apart from all of our faithful friends. May the Lord bless each and every one of you!
