Before Pastor Miguel’s house was even a project, Pastor Carlos spoke prophetically to his congregation that God was going to build a house for Pastor Miguel that was bigger and more beautiful than the house swept into the flooded Cabo Valle Canyon by Hurricane Odile. Months later, Pastor Miguel’s new house has all the exterior and interior walls standing and is presently being prepared for the pouring of the roof. This house is block instead of wood and is larger than the home that was destroyed. Thanks to the hard labor of Shane and Tracey Crowley and Pastor Carlos’ faithful men, this was accomplished in just five weeks!
We would like to give a special commendation to Shane and Tracey, as they not only worked in the barrios for several weeks, but also graciously stayed in a new, but very small house, in a neighborhood few gringos would even visit, let alone stay in.
We ask the Lord to greatly bless not only the workers but all those who helped finance this project: Pastor Carlos Maciel and the congregation of Cristo es el Camino, Pastor Julian Maciel and the congregation from Centro Familiar Assemblea de Dios, Shane Crowley Masonry of Fremont, MI, Kainay Church in Muskegon, MI, friends and family of Shane and Tracey Crowley, and the Seven Mountain Fund from our friends with Lance Wallnau’s ministry.
We also want to thank all of you who enabled us to facilitate this project through your prayers and support that keep us in Los Cabos, MX!
